Pumpkin Push 5K & Family Walk

The 15th Annual Pumpkin Push 5K & Family Walk will take place on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Seattle's Seward Park. Enjoy scenic views of Lake Washington & the Cascades while taking part in either the timed 5K race on a USATF certified course or the 2 mile walk. Join the post-race festival for treats from our sponsors, the annual costume contest, an awards ceremony for top finishers!

The Pumpkin Push is Neighborcare Health's signature event to benefit health care for low-income, uninsured, and homeless patients. Your participation is an investment in our community by helping our must vulnerable neighbors.

Day of registration will be available for $35 from 8 - 9:30 AM at Seward Park on Saturday, Oct 30. Cash & Checks payable to Neighborcare Health - Pumpkin Push will be accepted. Parking is very limited! Be sure to allow ample time to find parking and walk into Seward Park.

Dogs on leash and strollers are allowed in the 5K & Walk. Please take a place in the back of the line at the start to reduce crowding.

Race Day Schedule:
8:00: Day of Race Registration & Pre-Registered Packet Pick Up Opens
9:30: Day of Race Registration Closes
9:45: Pre Registered Packet Pick Up Closes
10:00: 5K Run and Family Walk Start
11:00: Awards Presentation to top finishers
11:15: Costume Contest

*There is no parking in Seward Park. Be sure to allow plenty of time to find parking in the surrounding neighborhood and walk into the park so that arrive at registration and packet pick-up on time
